Stock Front Shocks

As everyone knows the stock front shocks on 400EX's squeak like crazy after they get wet. so i took mine of and greased them (problem solved).

the question is, can i drill a hole so i can put a grease fitting in it, or will it weaken the shock?

Should be fine but they still may make noise greased.

what'd you grease?? the bushings? Im gonna try to quiet mine down this weekend, im tired of the squeeking:scary:

Yeah you do the bushings. You might want to sand the rust off them too since thats a big part of why they make noise.

that's exactly what i did. i had to sand all that crap off of them.
