this is the second jump after the berm (all the land under tractor is dug out now and the landing is there where you see that shovel its 3 feet lower than the lip of the jump

thats all the pics i got before it got dark. i did finish the last jump of the set (3rd one after the berm) its a 40 foot double with a 5 foot tall takeoff and a big ole landing coming out the side of my steelramp's landing. ill get some pics tomorrow mourning of it.

gosh i cant wait to ride it but i gotta go to texarkana tomorrow and pickup/ work on my 400ex framed crf and hopefully bring it home (running if all possible) lol

its starting to rain lightly right now so all the jumps will be nice and packed for thursday and then ill get a vid up of it:cool:

....ohhh my godd. ross that looks sick dude!! mann i wish you wernt going to badlands this weekend dude, that sucksss i wana come ride so bad dude. man the track looks sweet dude, now all you need is one biggg *** huevos 5 colorado ranch style doubel in the midel of the pasture haha.

haha will another steel ramp and finish the second lane of jumps for the double line idea?????:devil: sucks bad that its gonna rain the next two or three days i was hoping to ride on thursday but looks like its gonna rain and we are leaving for badlands on friday night to get a good spot.

As soon as I get my 400 and get it rebuilt, I'll be up there for sure. I would need to pick up that PRM skid.:blah: .....definately. Are you guys racing near Houston this year or in Dallas??

badlands as in badlands in indiana? that is an amazing looking berm!! :eek2: i wish we had the room for something like that. very nice.

If u didnt live in arkansas id deffinately come ride. Ur track looks sick! Ive had 2 berms here n cant get either of them to look that good. I like how u make the lips of ur jumps too. They look great.

badlands is 15 minutes north west of dallas thats where we'll be this weekend. lol not badlands in indiana.

hmm everyone always ask how i do my jumps and the shapes and lips i think i might have to do a how to article for the site with a video and tons of pictures and how to use hat you have...any mods wanna chime in and let me now how i could go about doing this??


thanks for the complements im heading over there in 20 minutes to get some pics before school, and ill post them in a couple hours, anyone need a track built????i charge $20 hour + travel expenses to get there let me know.;) i need some extra work this summer.

here is what im gonna do to the take off of the last jump, should be a good kicker gonna be 5 feet tall and about as steep as my ramp, (like a finish line jump at an arenacross or super cross)

i dunno i need some second opinions:o haha if you guys will ever come and ride. im leaving the the nasty pothole straight away but ill prolly add a few bumps here and there to make it interresting and then who knows what, i do wanna make that big double that you could see in the background better, so maybe ill work on it next...


MX MaNiAc 06, i orginally dug a long trench there for the runway of my ramp (ramp goes in trench, use all dirt from trench to build landing) and you can see the grass and then the level lower that my track is on, so yes some dirt i dig up and some dirt i haul over from this hill ive been cutting down in the corner of our land, with this new stuff i actually had too much dirt thats why the berm ended up being so big. here is a pic of what i looked like with just the trench.....

I was wondering if you could post the dimensions of your ramp? I'm looking into building one this summer so i'm trying to get an estimated cost and ammount of metal needed, my original plan was 23 ft long, 7.5 ft tall and 6 ft wide, it cam out to be about 200 ft of 1x1 tubing and about the same of the 2x2.....
