It's a top end hand cone pipe.. probably rips pretty good.. mostly used for bigger motors

If your looking at a top end pipe or something you want to adjust.. lrd has the adjustable pipe.. esr has different trx pipes you can choose from.. My favorite pipes for mid range are paul turner trx race, sparks mx/tt (tt for a little more top)... just get a good pipe and change your gearing accordingly

Good God, top end wouldnt be the word, that thing is way top end short as its built, look at where the mounting bracket is located.
I wouldnt be afraid to say it might even be a special built pipe for a 90cc engine mounted in a 250R frame. Only part though the header piece that mounts to the cylinder looks a little to big.

Looks like a Dyno port as well.

I'm with Neil. "Top-End" would be a dramatic understatement, that pipe would rev to the moon.

I would also have to agree with Neil's assumption that it might be a specialty pipe. I can't imagine a 250r motor revving high enough to need a pipe that short. I wouldn't be surprised if peak HP was over 10k RPM.
