Help!

I have an 04 KFX 400 and when I make a sharp left or right (bars turned as far as they will go) sometimes it makes a clicking or a knocking sound like something is hitting by they front tires. Any suggestions on what I should do?

stop, turn bars,look to see if something is hitting if nothin is hitting than see if anything is lose

check and make sure your tie rods end are tight and check spindle bolts to make sure there tight
