stock rim sizes?!?!??

Is thier a specific reason why the wheel is bigger in the front???than the back
bcuz on my preddy the back is 20/11/9
and the front is 21/7/10
why is the rim smaller in the bac??why dont they just make it the same??

Probably hassomething to do with the fact that the back tires have a bigger sidewall. I hate the offset on the factory outlaw wheels, what is everyone doing when it comes to aftermarket wheels/tires for a preddy/outlaw?
