i have a question... a buddy of mine has a stock 89 250r ....it has laeger +2 a-arms on it....my question is will they fit on my 400ex...

Yep they should bolt right up...............

They will bolt right up. Your stock shocks will be much easier to bottom, though. Try not to get to much air. If he has shocks to go with them they probably wont be valved right either, cause the quads differ in weight so much. rider weight also varies so new shocks probably will be amust. or get his aftermarket shocks revalved.
