Our daughter is racing two 125's and we have a 90 motor. She's going to run a few races in a different series that 107 is the cc limit in her class. We want to take her 90 to a 107cc. Has anyone else done this and what do you suggest.

These Bore Kits are intended for use on 90 series Xtreme engines.


These kits increase the bore from 47mm to 52.4mm which increases the displacement from 86 to 107cc and the compression ratio up to 12.5 to 1 on some kits. Uses Stock crankcase and crankshaft. Kit maintains stock appearance. This is an aluminum cylinder with 30% larger cooling fins, is lighter than the OEM IRON cylinder and is available with and without our Big Valve Race head.

Kit "C" boosts the displacement to 107cc. This kit maintains drivability of the stock cam and low compression ratio, bolts on without any changes. $149.99

Kit "B" uses the OEM head with high performance cam, CDI and 12.5 to 1 piston. Improved carburetion, Oil cooler and premium fuel are recommended. $299.99

Kit "A" Adds our Big Valve Race head along with the cam and CDI. Improved exhaust and intake modifications are recommended along with an oil cooler and premium fuel. $439.99
