Just got in my Muzzy full exhaust!I'm waiting on pro designs pro flow kit. It's supost to be out may 17th. I've got a dyno jet kit. once the intake comes out, i'll install it all.
Unless any on can give me a allternitive for an intake kit?
The oval exhaust looks sweet. hope the new headers help.(polaris dealer told me new headers were a waste of money for the gains compared to there head pipes? whata do you think?)

i looked@ the EHS it's a nice product. it's on my list. got the filter commin. now i just need a weekend to assemble. The pipes look pretty basic and air side is nothing. but never installed a jet kit or know how it should run after. it seems cut and dry.

i think youd be more around the 172.5-175 range than 180. Dont forget about moving the clip on the needle too. Find out where it stumbling and adjust that circuit.

i did use the dj175 and went 2.5 turns out. it's seems to run good no hesitation or back fire. only 1 hr. of riding since parts were installed. i'm going to puul the sparke plug to check it.
