i just got these goggles today, and i got the tearoffs to go with them...but i can't figure out how to put the tearoffs on...there are these little pegs that go with them...there are pegs in the actual lens, but the tearoffs don't fit on those (and yes i got the right kind)...could someone tell me how to get the tearoffs on please

There are holes on the tear offs on the ends ( there are supposed to be anyway) and they should fit right over the pegs on the lenses. Put the pegs right through the holes on the tearoffs.

i think they might have given me the wrong o frame tearoffs...one would think that the hole should line up with the peg..but it doesn't...i'll try to get a pic to show you what i mean

That hole in the tearoffs slides on the peg and it looks like the peg that came with the tearoffs probably slides on the goggles on the other end so that you can fasten them on that end to. a little confusing I guess

if you slide it over the tearoff doesn't line up right...and there are actually 2 pegs....i tried putting the pegs on the lens and it kind of lined up but still wasn't right...i'm going to take them in to the shop i got them at cause i think they gave me the wrong ones..or they can show me how to put them on..this is the most confusing tearoff system i have ever seen

Those tear offs are for O frames, but are probably pretty old. Those are for the O frames when they did not come with a built in tear off post and you had to slide in the one supplied between the lens and the frame. Take them back, they gave you the wrong ones.
