chain adjuster bolt broke need help?

my bolt adjuster broke in the middle andi have the parts but i cant get the bolt out i have been messing with it for days, i was wondering if you guys could help me out

youll need to take it somewhere and get a nut welded onto it and then crank it out, unless its broken off way down there in which case youll probably have to drill it out... it cost me 20 bux at a local shop.
