rm killswitch

i just bought a rm killswitch to use as a starter it works fine but the problem is i never got the mounting tab peice for the handlebars wondering if anyone had an extra one or what can do you to find another one, i havnt found a dealer that sells them besides buying the whole unit. Im not sure what type of clamp that is even.
