2001 300ex oil filter?

does a 2001 300ex have an oil filter?

yes it does. it is under a small cover on the right hand side of the engine. i believe the cover is held on by 3 8mm head bolts, but i may be wrong, there might only be two bolts (been forever since i have owned a 300ex.)
