not to be mean, but if you don't know if it has an oil filter or not, you might not want to be working on the quad.

like said before yes it does, it is on the throttle side of the engine near the brake pedal...the cover is held on by a trio of 8mm head bolts...good luck

It's to the left of the blinker fluid and the rear transmission dipstick.
