yz85 blaster?

hey im looking to put a 85 motor into my blaster.. how complicated is this and would i be able to use any 80/85 motor

no dawg its easy! my dad built my brother a yz80 blaster to race this season. the only thing that was sorta hard was motow mounts and finding a kickstarter.

Do you know what the air shrouds are off of that your dad put on that Blaster?

i think jb racing sells a motor mount kit for it but you will have to call and find out

I raced a Janssen Racing Blaster-mod and won the 2005 ATVA short track national championship on it...then I rode one of David Carter's mods and it felt like coming off a blaster and onto a 450...the frame geometry and suspension are unbelievable compared to the Blaster-mod...but the money dished out to get those is exceptionally higher than throwin one in a Blaster frame....it was still a really fun quad to ride
