How many people run an aftermarket case saver without the Sprocket guard? I just got an aftermarket case saver and found the guard doesnt fit over it. I can get longer bolts to fit it with the sprocket guard though. Does anyone have problems with out the guard, like pant legs or anything getting caught in the sprocket??

I run mine without a sprocket gaurd. Ive never had any trouble with stuff getting caught up in there but then again I wear mx boots so I dont really have to worry about pant legs getting caught up. Hope that helps, lol

i'm not running the sprocket guard as well, and i've never had a problem with getting anything caught in there. i've even ridden with regular shoes and haven't even had problems with laces. you should be fine.

if you dont have boots throw/ wrap some duck tape over your ankle and around your lower leg... works every time

I haven't had trouble without the cover either. However I do know Pro Armor has a case saver with a cover built on and I believe Blingstar just came out with one too.
