Hey guys, i am needing some new reeds and i have seen some guys who just replace the reed petals on their stock cage. Thougth this may be a way to go rather than a new cage. Let me know what you think. But if someone has some reeds they want to part with let me know.

if the cage is in good shape and not worn, there is no need to replace it.

most people replace both (reeds and cage) for performance reasons
i switched mine for the v-force 2 and when i need new reeds i will go with the vforce 3 or the duncan pyramid
not sure yet

i personally would go with a Rad valve off of a CR250 dirtbike from the same year R.i forget the details but i know theres a pretty big performance increase over the stock cage
