Please Help 450r carb problem

I have a built 426 that i couldnt be happier with except one problem. The intake tube from the air box keeps coming undone from the carb after about 3 or 4 laps of riding. From what I can see it looks like the subframe is just a tad bit higher and keeps knockin it loose. Has anyone had to notch the subframe so it has a little bit more clearance?

I had the same problem. I made a custom airbox mount out of thin aluminum flat stock so it would move the airbox about an inch and a half forward and up to clear the subframe. I will post pics of it tonight.
