I just picked up a 89'/ 96' 250R and I am wondering what its true value might be.

So here we go

Laegers +2 Pro Trax A-Arms
Laegers Frame
Laegers Swingarm
Laegers Steering Stem
Steering Stabilizer
Peps zero preload shocks up front
Fox shock in rear w/ cr500 linkage
310 Big Bore Kit/ stock cylinder first bore
Ported Pollished Milled
Custom alluminum air box w/ KnN
AC Nerfs
Duncan Bumper
Beadlocks W/ turftamers
Cut Radials up front on 10" Douglas Wheels
Renthal Bars on 1.5" Riser
Kill Switch
Plastic is in rough shape but bike is wicked fast and handles like a dream.

Not bad. Looks like it could use some freshening but otherwise you probably paid about what they go for these days.

Post some more pics, I'd like to see the protrax front end. Is it standard travel? Is the frame a narrow front?

nice looking 250r, push some fresh powder on it all

fullbore makes the best fenders i think but new stock ones are nice too. fullbore has tank covers and radiator shrouds to match also www.fullboreinnovations.com

if you want a seat cover too, www.gravesmotorsports.com or www.quadtech-atv.com

That is almost the spitting image of mine, except everything on yours that is Laegers is Arens on mine, and I don't run a big bore. My rear shock is a PEP ZPS too. Looks like they have the ride height seriously jacked on your fronts. I was kicking around the idea of letting mine go but had no idea what to ask. My plastic looks a lot like yours, but a Nacs graphic kit made a world of difference. I was going to shoot for more than what you paid, so I'd say you got a good deal.

I would say you got a pretty good deal. In the last 1 1/2 years I have sold 2 Rs that had similar parts except both were stock frames and neither had a pro-trax setup front end. I got around $3000 a piece. Also mine did not have 310 kits (both were .080 over on stock cylinders). I also saw a very similar bike on ebay that was bid up to $5000 (and the reserve never was met). So, I think you did fine on that buy.
