Help: boggin in top end

hey my R is acting up, i think it was caused because i was riding in the rain and my filter musta vibrated loose and i think some water went into airbox throught the carb. when i get on the throttle hard it bogs.

also i pulled apart my carb today and when i turn gas on it goes through overflow hoses... i prolly got something on incorrectly

check the carb out again.. and make sure its together right.. air it all out and clean your plug.. should be fine..

yesterday i changed plugs in it and put it away and blew out filter,
and today when i got on it it was boggin wen i get on the throttle hard

it has been foulin alot of plugs lately, i even put less oil in my mixture and it seems to still have this problem.

check over the carb.. make sure your float is up to spec. and placed properly..there isn't water in your gas or carb is there?

its probably that little pindrop thing that goes on the floats, but it was bogging before i even touched the carb, its been fouling plugs also.

whats your jetting you run hold it open when you ride everyonce and awhile. if you ride slow it will cause the plugs to foul

it shouldnt be from riding slow haha but i do do slow first gear grabbar wheelies sometimes but it fouls WAY too easy lately idk ill mess with it tommorow all feedback is appricated

your float check it out im telling ya.. and maybe your jetting or mixture is a little rich if your fouling plugs so much

yeah i've NEVER fouled a plug before, guess I have good luck or a good engine tuner. Check your carb jetting, what carb do you have? pilot and main jets? check your plug cap too, those can be some nasty little gremlins

deffinately check the float adjustment and set it to specs. afterwards i'd do a WOT plug chop and get the main jet dialed in. ya may wanna reset the pilot jet aswell.

What's your fuel mix ratio? If it's 32 or 40:1 you're fine, don't put less oil in it. You use the jets to adjust jetting, not your premix.

Second, I'd clean the carb out very well since you think water got in there. It won't do you any good to just set the floats if the main jet or fuel circuits are plugged.

Make sure the floats are set right, clean airfilter, fresh plug and try it and run it again.

Your float, check adjustment on it, but MAKE SURE THERE IS NOT A WHOLE AND ITS SINKING, I had to rebuild the carb on my dads truck cuz there was a hole in the float and it sunk and fuel came all out the breather tube.

I gaurentee you its your float.

well i found the problem today, the needle and seat went bad on me, i checked the boyacy of my floats and they are good so i know its not them,
