Motor swap

I have a 86 honda 250R and found a older CR500 motor. I am interested in putting it in the R's frame. The motor mounts and all will be no problem but I am wondering what else needs to take place. Like the kick starter for instance it goes backward and ATV kick starters go foward. I know people do hybrids all the time so ANY info will be great appreciated.

usually people trim the rear fenders for allow them the start the bike motor in the frame. on some R's i know you can get a kit allowing the rear plastic to flip backwards on a hinge that also lets you kick rearwards.
