A good Weekend for hybrids

THis weekend i was invited to ride at a Friend of mine's track. A fellow hybrid member (swigin) had a nice little practice track and i was so happy just to get some ride time.

We had lots of fun and would like to post some of the pics i took and I would personally like to thank Swigin for letting me ride his track.

sweet jumps and pics.. looks like the ball joint / bearing is shot on the one side of the quad in the first few pics unless his camber/cast adjustment is way off

yeah, i noticed that too, plus that one double or tabletop looks like u will hit the branches! nice track though...

i went out today! cleared all the jumps at my friends track. i almost bit it over his double double double section! overshot the second double (40ft at the most) and couldn't set up for the last one, but went over it anyway...CASED! i lived and had my timing by the next lap. still alittle wet, but man does it feel good. going to the neatv race sunday sure gets u motivated.

no you wont hit the branches but everyone says that the first time they see it.

im working on my ball joints tomorrow but thats just how they lean in the corners for now.

cant wait till we ride again.....hopefully it will be dryer next time

Is that a KFX 450 motor in a YFZ frame?? If so im interested in how that came about... Nice machine BTW!

So what in all did you have to do to get the plastics to fit?

they did ALOT of work to get it to fit.

He said guess what it is, I looked at the frame and thought 400ex frame, well I was damn close I guess.

fullbore plastic would have worked much better,but i wanted stock fenders. i got the seat ,tank,& fenders off of e-bay cheaper than i would have paid for new 250r stuff. and i was sick of the 1980's 250r look.
we did have to cut and replace some of the HRE frame to get it to work, but it wasn't that bad.

SWIGIN is my brother and he went to school with the guys on the 250r/426 and 350x

i was just saying that to give them a hard time. i have a 86 trx250r

is that the 250x frame swingin was moding? that turned out real good! i like the decals as well. i got my 350x 250x going for a week but managed to brake an intake valve. owell.

the frame he was modding that he posted pictures of is mine. i have a 88 250x i'm fixing up.

the one in the pictures is strechted also but was done about 5years ago
