Are rezzies really worth the extra money if your not very serious into racing?
I know they stop your shocks from fading but overall does it really effect the performance enough?

Depends on what you are doing. I think you answered your own question. Almost anything aftermarket will be better than the stock shocks. Even a pair of Works dual rates without rezzies will be better than stock shocks.

Oh god yes, spend the money!!!!!!!!!!!
man what a big improvement, shocks will last for one moto, and then by the time the secong moto rolls around they are fresh and ready to go, and this is work shocks too, i bet pep or axis or elka will last a life time.....
Don't cut your self short!!

good luck

the oil will break down quicker becuase of more heat, i think the rezzies allow the shocks to run much cooler, thier worth the money

I agree, get the rezzies if you can swing it. I'm not into racing, but I researched this before I bought mine. I was told that the rezzies hold a little more gas/oil than non-rezzie shocks. This will keep them cooler. Also, you don't have to rebuild them as often, the oil/gas won't break down as quickly due to the fact that the rezzies hold that little bit more fluid.

just my 2 cents...

Get the rezzies. they work real good. If you ride for only 5 mins at a time get the non-rezzies shocks, but if you ride hard for a couple of mins you will wish you got them.

MY axis came with what look like radator clamps.
