Florence, OR conditions?

Has anyone been to Florence in the past couple weeks? We are thinking about heading down there this weekend if the weather holds. Will probably ride Florence all day Saturday and hit Winchester Bay on Sunday before heading back home. Just wondering how the terrain at Florence has been.
