Will CR250R Keihin TPS Carb Work On 250r

Can you use a CR250R Keihin Carb that has a Throttle Postion Sensor, on a TRX250R. I saw somewhere that if you left the tps unhooked (no place to plug it in on trx250r) it works fine, but you can not adjust the needle. It is fixed and has no adjustment. Any info would be great.

Every TPS equiped carb I'm aware of will work fine with the TPS disconnected. The TPS is just a sensor that sends throttle position info to the CDI. The TPS does not affect the function of the carb itself.

that carb should work well on a trx with a cr ignition on it huh?
