350X motor in a 300?

Anybody no if a 350x motor will fit in a 300ex wit out doin anything to the frame?
if u do what is that ?
does anyone got a pictures of this done ?

yes it will, where the motor bolts in the back you have too remove about a half-inch off the motor, where the bolt goes thru, really an easy change
