Valve clearence

What are the valve clearence specs on a 03 400ex (stock), Stage 1 Hotcams, and stage 2 hotcams. ( I just want to know what the specs are for each of them.) thanks

the clearence is the valve lash?? also, are hotcams the only mod that affect to what clearence the valves should be adjusted to? and when i open the valve screws on the cylinder, does it say what stage hotcams i have?? thanks

for my stage 1, intake is .006 and exhaust is .007, each is one .001 higher than stock.

so if you had stage 2 it would be .007(intake) & .008??

i dont think so, but im not sure. best thing to do would be to call hotcams and ask! :blah:

:D on theyre website it says to take the mm value and divide by 25.4. I get .005 intake and .006 exhaust

for breakin i used the hot cam specs and it ticked like hell. after beating it for a couple of days i went back to the honda factory specs and she quited right up very nice
