06 450r white smoke?

i bought a 2006 used 450r three weeks ago and yesterday while my brother was riding i noticed white smoke coming from the exhaust this happens mainly at higher rpm's not during idle as much. any help would be appreciated not very mechanically inclined here thanks....

Could be rich at wide open throttle. move your needle up 1 spot. this should pull less fuel

I know it's obvious but check your choke ...

Mine black smokes when you snap the throttle to full throttle. I think I need to reshim my valves.
