does anyone know how the reliability is once youve had the case work to fit these 330 and up kits.Is there such a thing as to big that seems like alot of rotating mass.I guess im curious if this is a good mod for mx????

the relyabilty of the big bores are very good at least on my 2. my 350 went 4 years. before i blew the trans out of it and the 330 is going on 3 years. if you stroke the crank you will have to trench the cases. which makes the gasket surface very thin. I run the redline syn. pre mix. in all my 2 strokes. with very good results. :)

you dont have to trench the cases for the 4mm stroke.

Not with the Hot Rods brand stroker cranks, those rods have been clearanced on the outside.
You could get buy not trencing even useing the stock Honda rod. Only area to clearance would be in the case right under the cylinder sleeve, the top part of the rod next to the big end pins will just barely touch that area.
