Exhaust popping

ok i got a 450r carb put on and it pops on decel, does this mean im running to rich or lean, i think it means rich but i cant remember.

and i got a 170 main dynojet and the clip on the dynojet needle 3 space down from the top

get a bigger pilot jet stock for a 450 is 48 get a 50 or try to adjust the mixture screw

i do have the same probleme on mine, i have raised the needle one clip to enrich it, but it's was smokking a bit of black smoke after this, raised to a 50 idle jet and reput the needle clip right as stock and pretty much better idle / deceleration.
