Breezewood 4/21 (pic's & video)

We had a great time at Breezewood on Saturday. Got to meet some poeple from the site. Too bad my camera batteries were dead but I did manage to get some video from both the dining hall & youth tracks. The pic's are pretty poor since I took them with my video camera. Except the last few which wvspeedfreak took for me. Thanks again Jason!!! And thanks to Dan and the rest of the gang at BPG for being such great hosts!!!

Thanks for posting the video...I am dying to get back to Breezewood especially for the uphill stepup (edited...guess it is still a triple then...saw your other post...I thought Dan eliminated the first small lander) that you captured on the video. Looks like a blast.

Your son looks like the next John Natalie especially with that front bumper.

Sweet video I would have loved to came out with the boys but I am waiting on some parts from Pappy, and I had to rebuild my daughters jeep she wrecked.

nice videos, im #58 on the honda in the dining hall one, i didnt even know anyone was taping, my friend josh #88 on the blue YFZ in it told me you were taping after u stopped and i was pissed cuz i thought i missed it ha, guess i didnt. thanks tho.

Is the bleacher table longer? Is the dining hall table before the bleacher jump longer?

Thanks for video taping and posting it so quickly. I wish I would have noticed you before you were done taping...you only got me once haha. I'm #511 on the red YFZ in the dining hall track video.

To anyone thinking about going to Breezewood...it's an awesome place to ride. Very laid back atmosphere, fun tracks and great place to camp too! But, the best part is...they actually like quads the most unlike most tracks that I know.

No problem!!! You guys were all haulin some serious arse out there!!! We just stopped up at the bleachers to get a little video on our way out and we got more than we expected. #58 you made it pretty easy for me to get some good video!!! my son was lovin watching you hit that long downhill after the uphill triple. I know #88 saw me because he gave us a few cool look backs. 511 was haulin arse too!!! We will be back out there soon getting some more video & pic's. See you all soon!!!

The bleacher table is the same. The table before it is 5-10 feet longer.

This track really looks cool, but I have a question are all the tracks that are at BPG that hard packed?

And is so are you guys that lucky to have the tracks you race on to be in that condition.

I'm from MI and every track that we race on is chewed up and very sandy tracks.

I did notice in the video that there was no wheel hopping on the quads as they approached a jump face.

Still in all looks awesome and we are trying to put together a trip with a bunch of MI riders to come out there and run with you PA guys for a weekend.

Second question do is there one track that is still all table top jumps, we have a couple of novice riders that tend to get freaked out on regular doubles, one is my wife she loves to ride but she gets nervous.

the tracks are hard pack, but its almost impossible to keep them loamy with as much use as they get. dan discs and works them almost daily.


all of the jumps are easily done by most riders, and if their skill level isnt there yet, they are all safe enough to ride over and to learn on.

It was my first time at a track and your right about taking the jumps,, I rolled through a lot of them at first then built up enough nerve to hit them

For me it was tough,, first time on a track and brand new boots.. I couldn't shift worth a dam.

The bleacher jump hasn't changed, the dining hall jump was lengthened about 10 feet. After riding it sat and sunday, I'm not totally happy with the change - it will be different by this weekend. Its not hard hard to land, but its technical, the landing seems sharp at the top, not smooth and rolly like I want it. I may make it 2 - 3 feet shorter and a foot or so taller so I can roll the landing lip more????

Also planning on working the bleacher tripple on the rhythm track. Gonna make more of a landing ramp and move the berm after it back some.

I'll post pics for the people too far away that can't come and check em out. Anybody that lives within 2 1/2 hours from the park - don't look at the pics - just come out and see the real deal.

I was out on sunday, had an awesome time! the new step up is awesome. lots of fun! I agree with you dan on the dining hall table, i liked it better before, i noticed i had to rail the turn to downside it, i couldnt cut to the inside like before or i would flat land on top. Myself and about 7 others will be back on the 6th for the atv riders get together. Cant wait. keep up the good work. BTW, your 450 looks nice dan!
