Both are very good on 300ex engines, from personal experince I would go with TC, but be prepared for a long wait time and a lot of money spent you'll never see again.

With sending TC the motor, will they bore it out up to a 300 instead of leaving it at the stock 282cc or whatever it is stock?

Oh yea and when you send the motor to TC, is there a cam included in the package?

when you send tc your engine you give him the whole engine...he will build it and it will be ready for national competition...he can either stroke it 299cc or he can bore it to 297cc he will do one or the other wich ever you want i have the stroker it puts out more power

Do you have a after market cam in your 300? And does TC put a cam in the engine when i send it?

Id go with Tom, I live about 45 mintues from him and I wouldent have anyone do motor work for me. Ive had him do a 250x head that was bored to 288cc and After he did that It was night and day difference. I still have the motor and its FORSALE. I had Tom port my yfz and It rips. Your best bet is to assemble the motor yourself and have tom mod your parts and make shure your stuff is spotless clean.

TMM (Tom Miller Motorsports) is also very good with the 300ex engine. I saw one last year at the Nationals and it was fast.

You are prolly thinking of Yasmin Adams. I have raced against a couple of kids with TMM motors and they are very fast.
