hey, im looking to buy a 2002-2004 yz250f, im only 14 and looking to get a bike i can jump cauz i can only jump my ttr-125 about 3 feet. I'm looking for a 2004 yz250f mainly but i may consider a older one, The most i will pay for a 2004 is 2,675 cauz thats all i got and thats what they are selling for. i perfer the bike to have never been races and only trail riden like i will do. Befor i can buy it i got to sell my brothers 2003 pw80 for $850 which we have a ad selling to now and we will sell within a week or so easy i hope. look for an 01 250f in the pittsburg area that what my friend did and he picked on up for 1800. and it has plenty of power.

01 is the first year they came out and because of that there may be some problems but there may not, im sticking with an 02-04 just to be safe, ty tho

if your looking for a used bike then you will know wether it has a problem or not. if it had a problem it would be taken care of. my friend has one and beat the piss outta it and its fine and the kid that had it before him raced it. realy any year will be fine but 01 would broden ur range of getting one
