Hot off the showroom floor!! I had to go birthday shopping for my nephew so my riding time was reduced to about 1/2 hour. Needless to say I'm ear to ear:D

Thanks for all the compliments guys!! I get to go out today and finish the 1 hour break-in required and then it's time to ride for real!

Castor, you're more than welcome to get a stars and stripes--if you can find one. It's my understanding that Cannondale only made so many of these and when they're gone, they're gone. I'm not quite sure how many limited editions Cannondale made in total, mine is number 13.

1 hour breakin? Darn you! I am still working on my 20 hour break in!! Lookin very good guy, very good! :D I am green with envy :macho :)

Yeah, I was shocked about the 1 hour break-in as well. When I bought it there was a warning tag hanging from the right grip that told you the ATV has been filled with break-in engine oil and tranny fluid and should be changed after the first hour. I thought, "D@mn, I gotta change oil after 1 hour and then finish the other 19 and change it again??" But then as I was going through the owner's manual it stated that total break-in time was only 1 hour. It's like 2 10 minute rides at less than 1/2 throttle seperated by complete cooling periods. Then there's 3 15 minute rides at less than 3/4 throttle seperted by cooling periods and then break-in is done!

The mods start as soon as I hit the lotto:D Actually, bars and an axle are the first mods. Followed closely by nerfs and then front Elka's and a TQS Elka conversion rear when money allows. I'm modding the motor last, this thing doesn't need anymore HP (at least with the suspension that's on there now).

Looks good, I said I wasn't going to mod mine much either, that didn't last long. No motor work for me either, it has plenty for what I do.

Wyn, I couldn't even imagine more motor until I get used to what it's got now.

You have an early model year 2002 Speed with the round silencer. Cannondale had a serious problem with these splitting at the seam at the bottom and they switched to the "toaster" exhaust. Don't worry, the "toasters" fall apart as well but it just takes them longer than the old round one.
