Deffinately a steering stabilizer! I just installed a Gibson stabilizer on mine tonight. Didn't get to ride too much with it, but the little bit that I did ride it, I can tell a BIG difference.

I hit an MX track for the first time today in atleast 2 years and I cannot say enough about the flex bars. They are the best upgrade on my bike. I figured I would be totally done after just a few laps but wasn't. They help arm pump and make the ride so much better! Good luck and ride as much as possible.

read that if you do something to get your arms pumped up the day before you race that will help you on race day....think that i read it in a transworld mx mag this months or last months..

Some gyms have these short sticks with a rope attached to them and you can put on a weighted plate. You roll it all the way up and then unroll it slowly, seems like a VERY good way to strengthen those forearm muscels! You could also make one...but it is a really good workout...

Drink a lot of water (does the same thing as pump-x) and eat one banana before your moto. No more no less.
Don't ever use the stick thing, or those grip squeeze deals, just teaches your forearm to pump up. Take two asprin in the morning, drink alot of water, and eat a banana. For workouts, bench press small weight/high reps, any core workouts are good, and curl small weight/high reps, along with jumproping. These work out for me.
