how long?

i am a new one here, its a cool place too. been reading for about 4 months.
But to my question, i have an 02 400ex with pipe jets k&n as far as motor goes. It has started to all o sunden started fouling plugs. Been good for 3 years before this. is it in the process of blowin up? how long do i have?
any info would help?

Clean air filter?
Dramatic weather change?

what is the diff btw oil and fuel fouled?
yes air filter is clean
no big weather changes

thanks i want to get to know a lot more and when she goes build it better to be a mean one.
