The R lives again

I got it back running again finally and I decided to put my white plastic back on rather than the black. Here's a few pics.

now damn that sucks man. one of my friends had that same problem because of 350 pound person was on it and he said he was going around a corner and then snap bang blew the case damn that sucks

You say you put your white plastic back on. If i want a different color of tank do I have to buy a whole new tank when I buy a new set of plastic? Right now I have all black with graphics and want to go with white plastic but dont want a black and red tank with it. sorry for stealing your thread and thats a damn good lookin bike. how did you get that big *** hole in the case?

I had graves motorsports make me that tank graphic and it's the only option unless you buy another tank. The black is just from where my knees rubbed off the graphic. The whole in the case came from a wrist pin that siezed to a rod and the the wrist pin broke in half thus allowing rod to destroy both cases and cylinder with an 11k rpm impact while I was in the lead of a Pro-am race at my local track.

Thanks that's actually about 50 yards from my house. My old man is a farmer so we got plenty of test ride ground when needed.
