Kickstart RATTLES.....

WTF, i'm about sick of my kickstart rattleing while i ride my bike. I tried to just get used to it now it's getting on my nerves.

Could i insert a little rubber piece somewhere or what?

Does anybody else have this problem? I've heard it happens to alot of Banshee's:ermm:

P.S. I'm looking for a Black front Bumber does anybody have one laying around? Maybe a TAG Front Bumber? lol

they have a kickstart kit for like 10 bucks and it stops the rattle

I just took the kicker off and cut a cunck of rubber off a truck mat and bolted it in. Kinda hard to pull out and you have to push it back in... but hell it works

Not a bad price........Mine was used and I ended up selling it for $35 so $60 for new aint bad

No i haven't found one yet, i'm gonna see if anybody is selling one first before i go and order one. I'm about to just get it though i want that Black Tag Bumber bad.

I'll check that site out for the kickstart too. See my bike is a 04 model and my buddies is a 05 and his don't do it but i'm sure it will eventually.

eh the kick start rebuild kicks only work for so long, I wouldn't even waste the money on one. Just upgrade to a billet if it bothers you that much ;)

I put a billet kickstart leevr on mine it still rattles, I had ordered the replacement guts for the lever when I did it and still annoying.

So either way i'm gonna still have the rattle. OMG you don't know how bad that gets on my nerves. I can either have the rattle with the stock kick start or a rattle with a good looking kick start....lol

I just took my kicker apart and put in a new o-ring, has been working for a couple of months now.

there is a spring inside just stretch it out some! p.s dont lose the ball bearing when you take it apart i did that a month ago still ok and free
