louder stock pipe

hey guys, i just sold my 400ex and im picking up my 450r tomorrow. I have nerfs and a teather kill switch for it and i plan on racing on the 29th. my problem is that the quad has a stock exhaust and i remember last time i raced with a stock exhaust it was very hard to tell when to shift when in traffic, is there a way to open up the slip-on to give it some more noise until i have money to buy an exhaust? let me know. thanks

either buy a hrc kit, do the hrc kit on a budget, buy a full exhaust,,,, all else fails take the s/a out of the exhaust and take the lid off and rejet the bike

i had the same problem and i run every weekend with the spark arrester out . just don't take the airbox lid of and u won't have to rejett it
