carb height?

I have a 250r with a 350x engine in it and I need a aftermarket carb. I dont have much clearance cause the gas tank hits the stock one now so which one should I buy that will give me the power I need and not be too tall? I can get a lectron for $150 should Iget it?

I dont know what the Lectron is like for that model, but i know for a 400EX it is a tight fit if u have an oversized gas tank. The throttle cable really has to be kinkked to get it to bend right so it doesnt go straight up through the tank.
