shocks/a arms

well here is the problem :

i have a jp outlaw frame,pep long travel triple rates 19.5 eye to eye with prp plus 3 a arms

i race flat track and these shocks are way to long im needing a 16.5 to 17 inch shock max

if i sell the pep shocks and get shorter shocks can i use the prp a arms? or do i have to change everything?

I would say you have to change everything.

You should be able to keep the prp a arms because even when your quad is bottomed out with the peps it still doesnt hit the ground. Your arms will just lay flatter and make your bike lower with the shorter shocks. Get what I am saying?
