jetting 05' 450r hrc with 11.5 piston

i have a 05' 450r with the hrc kit, uni air filter (no cover) and a dr. d slip on i am under 1000ft. elevation. i and have some bottom end noise (probly crank bearings) and am have in checked out at my honda dealer, at the same time im haveing them install a weisco 11.5 to 1 piston stock bore. when i get it back i want to know what jetting it should have. and what brand jet kit i should buy. thank you

man we have nearly the same set up, wish i could help but when i bought the bike it was already jetted correctly. I think when the guy i bought it honda actually jetted it for him, maybe you could ask them about doing that?

I have same setup except I run an Nmotion full exhaust, other than that the same. I run a 175 main, 4th clip down on stock needle, 50 pilot (pilot might be a hair lean) and 2 1/4 turns out on the air screw. Runs like a champ, with plug a slightly darker brown, so I know I could go slightly leaner, but it runs like a champ like this!

Im also at about the same elevation!
