Actually no the kid that stole it had his fathers friend(a lawyer) make up some document that he had to sign stating he wouldnt press charges or sue to get the quad back.

Doubtful if daddy got him off with a piece of paper:ermm:

Then there's the damage done to the property...

ok that releases him from the law but if I had a name of the thief thats all I would need for a little revenge.

Im sure that the guilt he felt was nothing compaired to the guy comming out to a busted fence and a missing quad.

the thief needs his nuts cut off and shoved down his throat

one guy came home to a new side door in his enclosed because
the arses couldnt get the locks broke on the gate and couldnt get the atv's out the man door.
(they found a bunch of saw blades on the ground)
I think they ended up stealing like 4 out of the trailer.

I would not hesitate to open a hole in the forhead of a would be thief in my garage.

Not really a valid release.

Not a contract if signed under duress.
(sign here & I'll give your quad back)
I'm like you, I'd be tempted to ventilate his sinuses.

The Dad is just as guilty as the thief.

Just goes to show the sh** don't fall far from the ***.
