I purchased a nonprogramable Dynatek CDI from ATV Galaxy about a month ago and can't get it to work correctly.

I have a 2005 TRX 450R with the following mods:

Ron Woods pipe
43 mm FCR carb
13:1 JE piston
Sandtrax port and polish
+1 exhaust valves
no lid with K&N filter
04/05 HRC cam

I have tried rejetting and still can not get it to run right.

I currently run a procom CDI and it runs fine, but i have read that they can cause eproblems, so i bought a dynatek.
Every time i put the dynatek in i get a cutting out effect any where between mid and full throttle. also i get a pulsing at idle.
so i go back and put the procom back in and no cutting out and the idle is fine. i have tried to rejet but it did not help. the people at dynatek told me i shoulnt have to rejet and if i did it woudnt be much.

the carb is off of an 2002 CFR
my current FCR jetting is:
170 Main
needle 3rd notch down from the top
i dont know what the pilot is
also the fuel screw idles the cleanest and responds well to throttle blips when 1/2 turn out, wich seems a little wierd to me.

I have sent the box to dynatek for testing and it came up ok.

what else can i try?

thanks for any help
