help with pivot Bolt???

ok i'm bought to start cutting!! i can not get the pivot bolt out of my quad!!! i have an aftermarket 250r frame and solid swingarm. i have taken the nut off and have tried to knock the bolt out but it won't budge. tried spraying it down with anti rust **** and everything!! no luck!!

what about cutting the bolt where the frame and swingarm meet? on both sides of the swing arm? that should free it up right?

Try using a propane torch and an air hammer.

I have always cut the bolt between the swingarm and the frame like you mentioned...It takes alittle while but it works.

I know many a bolt has had to be cut out but the question is how do you get the bolt out of the swingarm?

The bolt seizes to the collar in side the the bearings..so you have to buy a new bolt and collar.
