pep steering stablizer??

is this steering stablizer rebuildable??

with that huge pic there, it's kind of hard to tell, but i think it is. If the endcaps have holes in the sides of them, to put the wrench to take them off, then yea, i'm almost positive it is.

yeah sorry about the pic i was bidding on the stablizer on ebay but it went for over $100 so i did't get it thanks anyway
