no...on both questions
ex shocks are too long
dirtbike shocks are just wrong in every way


banshee front shocks fit on front
400ex,kfx400,z400,250r rear shocks fit with minor mods

The shock length depends on LT or stock...if they are stock front 300ex they will lower the Blaster but just dont have quite as much travel...also they are not as wide at the top or bottom so you'l have to use some washers(quite a few) to make them fit where they mount to the frame...I used 300ex shocks on my blaster when I started racing 2 years ago

they do work we used like 3 washers on each side but we didnt buy them because they made it sit rly low but they would be good for flat track
