Syracuse, Kansas Dunes ???

Has anyone heard any info about a park opening up in Syracuse, KS? Anyone know of a websiter with any info on it regarding this?

From what I was told by people in Sryacuse is they want to have it open this spring, but I think the nasty winter has slowed down progress.
