will start in N, but wont start in gear???

When the quads in neutral it starts fine. When its in gear, I hit the button and the neutral light comes on and nothing happens. I have changed out the CDI and the little blue wired neutral switch that goes under the shifter. Neither helped...

I have pulled the switch out of the clutch lever and ran those wires together and that didnt help either...

Has anybody got any ideas what might be the problem?

It's a stock 2004 with a Rekluse clutch.

Any advise would be appreciated.

mine did something similar once. check by the battery there is a plugin if it is unplugged thats your problem. thats what i did and it fixed it.

mabe the nutral safety switch is bad?

Do you mean the plug that runs off the ground/negative side of the battery?

I think everything is plugged in correctly... I've gone over it 6 or 7 times...

I replace the neutral switch that goes under the shifter, if that's the one youre talking about and it didnt help...
