You have to donate the admin or me (co-admin) 100 bucks or more and you will then have the function to have a avatar

DONT LISTEN THE BEOTCH IS LYING!! go to user cp and then hit edit profile. scroll down to avatar and then you have to find a pic that is 65x65 pixels. you can steal someone else's or resize one of your own. to steal someone else's then right click on their avatar and hit view image. then go to where you type in a url and copy that and paste it in the part in your user cp that says upload one of your own and paste it there

EDIT: actually go to edit options
