What is a good cheap cdi box for a 2001 400ex. Don't tell me white brothers because I know they suck. I have seen procomm, are they the same as the white brother?

Thanks

the box is under the front plastic to the right if you are sitting on it you can look under the right front fender and you can see it

Rausch creek is to expensive this year. You can try Tower city. I ride up at Delaware watergap and Pocono, They are free but, You need insurance a plate and an exhaust thats under 96dec. incase DCNR stops you.

Considering I don't have insurance, license plate and prolly over 100DB, they are out of the question

The plate is only a few bucks as is insurance in Pa (I pay only$175 through GEICO for 2 quads) On the exhaust deal I wouldn't worry about that as long as you are not being an a-hole DCNR will not bother you. I had my quiet core out when I passed one and they didn't do anything.
